 Follicle Booster--When will I see results?Feb 06, 2010
I love the fact that the Booster gives your hair some volume, but I've yet to see even a hint of new hair. Have been using the Scalp treatment and Booster for about 3 months. Any one out there have some advice????

It might add some nutrients to your hair, but it really doesnt do anything except burn and irritate the scalp.
Directions on the bottle make no sense.
Avoid! Waste of your money!

Unexpected ResultsOct 23, 2009
I have been using Nioxin cleanser and conditioner for about 15 years. I have been very happy with those products. However my hair was slowly thinning and a larger than a quarter sized chunk was gone from the front, a thinning line down the middle and almost nothing on the very top the size of a three inch circle. I tried Costco's brand of Minoxidil for a few years with no change observed. One of Amazon's daily deals was Nioxin's Follicle Booster and I thought I might as well give it a shot. I just put a dab on and rub it over the thinning area at night before I go to bed. I noted thickening within a week. I have used up one bottle now. The missing hair on my hairline is now hardly noticeable and the thinning stripe is looks pretty regular now. The part on the top may to too far gone... but who knows? I am only heading into my second bottle. I have been using Nixon for 6 yrs. I was having male pattern baldness following menopause. It took approx 18 mos for my regrowth to start taking shape. I think I would be a lady with very thin hair were it not for Nixon. I for one am very thankful. The follicle booster was responsible for regrowth along 2 areas of baldness . It does require repeated us. By the way I only use it ever other day and it stilled worked not as fast but I am pleased.
