Very FragrantMay 15, 2010

I bought this because I have a very oily scalp. I had been told that Tea Trea has drying effects. That truly is the case with this shampoo. It takes quite a lot of shampoo to get a good lather on medium long hair, neeedless to say the bottle didn't last very long. Once the lather was enough, it truly was a good shampoo.. the tingly feeling is nice and the aroma great!! The conditioner however is nothing exciting...super watery, and didn't leave my hair soft at all... I would buy the shampoo in a bigger size next time ..and skip the conditioner completely!!

Fantastic!Jun 09, 2011
By DamiKris I've always had oily hair and then in the winter it tends to get dry and I get bad dandruff and usually a shampoo at the grocery store would take care of it but it always left my hair looking pretty blah... Well this summer my dandruff came back and I didn't want to go through summer with "blah" looking hair so I searched the internet for the best shampoo for achieving a healthy scalp and I talked to several stylists and they highly recommended Paul Mitchell products. I just didn't see if the point in buying them from a salon for $20 more. I bought the smaller bottles first, to make sure I'd like them. It's been two weeks and my scalp is doing great! I also use to get acne around my hairline from all the oil but this has helped with that problem too. My hair is soo shiny too. It's been really good to my colored hair also; the color has not faded at all. The way it tingles on your scalp is so nice and the smell is actually pleasant, wakes me right up in the morning ( I despise getting up early) I will be buying the bigger bottles next time!

A Unique Shampoo/Conditioner DuoApr 25, 2011

I've used different tea tree shampoos in the past, so I knew I'd probably like this brand. The conditioner came as a bonus so I'd figured I'd give it a try. As it turned out, this combo is one of the nicest sets I've ever used and I have to recommend it not only for effectiveness (it does a great job of cleansing and conditioning without drying out my hair), but also for its sensory experience. It smells great while leaving a tingling sensation that is conversely invigorating and relaxing. It leaves my hair shiney and smooth without tangles. I buy a lot of Mitchell products, but the tea tree line is one of my favorites.

Sharp cap, good shampooMar 16, 2011
By Benjamin Archambault Tea Tree Shampoo is my favorite. I usually get the pump top version when I have it (due to the cost, I usually only use it when I want to splurge on myself or when it's a gift).
It has a pleasant fragrance that is neither male nor female. It gets your head squeaky clean (You can tell if shampoo did its job by pressing your fingers around a bit of hair and pulling. If it makes a squeak, it's clean).
However, the 10.1 oz sized bottles' caps are a bit sharp. A few times I felt like they might cut me and the other morning, they gouged a good chunk out of my thumb.
I'd recommend getting the pump version if you're going to get some Tea Tree Shampoo.
