After ordering this item, someone will email u and ask what style # u would like. I replied w/ my usual style but was sent the wrong one =( I emailed them back and they answered in a reasonable time...instead of making me send the item back for an exchange they are willing to let me keep the mistaken lashes and send me the correct ones...sooo I'm just waiting =)Overall, I was upset at first, they are willing to work with u...
