Having tried several other items from Schwarzkopf I decided to try this also to see if it would add body and styling ability to my hair. This is great for short hair. It has the consistency of a very stiff putty allowing just about any style. Great stuff. WW

Bought this stuff while looking for a replacement for the Sebastian Crude Clay. As one other reviewer said, it's more of a putty than a clay. The hold is pretty decent, but it doesn't thicken or hold as well as the Stephen Knoll Matte Clay that I've also used (but the problem w/ that stuff is that they don't make a larger container of it). Still, I could use this in a pinch and feel decent about it, but so far the Matte Clay seems to be the most superior replacement for the Crude Clay.

Amazon had my Rough up to me in just a couple of days. This is an amazing product that keeps hair where you want it, can be re-adjusted if you wish. Plus it adds a bit of sass!!!

This is the best hair product ever. It gives control, yet, it is not sticky or stiff! It makes hair very manageable in styling. I am never without it!
