The shampoo instantly tangled my hair. The conditioner helped untangle somewhat. I have heard Wella is supposed to be good. I would try it again (a different formula), but only in sample form.

Wella Smoothing Shampoo and conditioner are the best that I have ever used. I have long straight hair that is easily frizzed. When I use this shampoo and conditioner my hair is softer and more managable than I have ever experienced. I used to have highlights and started w/ this for the color preserve, now I do not color or highlight my hair and I still use this shampoo, it is the BEST.
