RETURN POLICY:

For certain items only, returns will be allow if the items are unopen and unused before 7 days of time of delivered package.  Please contact us if the items are returnable. Customers are responsible for additional shipping cost and original shipping fee will not be refunded due to the fact that shipping was paid for on the original order.  There will be a 15% restocking fee for all refunded items.

 

UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS:

For packages that are return by the shipping company due to insufficient or unknown shipping address provided by the customers, shipping cost will not be refunded.  We will try our best to keep track of all orders and will notify customers of additional shipping information needed for delivery..  Unfortunately, if it is return to us, customers are responsible to notify us for refund or redeliver package. A 15% restocking fee will be charge for refunded items.  Additional shipping cost will be charge if package is resent.
